Crucially, the briefing settings you provide are yours and yours alone. They are encrypted and stored securely, and are not accessible by our staff except in exceptional circumstances with your explicit permission for troubleshooting, or for legal and regulatory reasons.

We do not use your personal briefing settings to train our models for other users. Your unique strategic context remains confidential to your account. This ensures that the competitive intelligence and strategic guidance you receive remain your unique advantage.

You have full control over your personalisation data and can modify or delete it at any time through your account settings. Protecting the confidentiality of your strategic focus is a core principle of our service.

As you will be aware, IMN provides corporate-grade market and competitive intelligence, and our reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and integrity is paramount to us. This short document outlines the standards we expect from any partner promoting our products. By participating in our programme, you agree to adhere to these straightforward and reasonable principles.

This partnership must be built on mutual respect, which, from our point of view, includes consideration of IMN’s hard work, the livelihood of IMN’s staff and their families, and IMN’s past and ongoing investment. Sensitivity to each other’s perspectives and concerns will lead to a long term, win-win partnership, whereas failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the IMN partner programme, and the cessation of ongoing commissions.

1. Managing Expectations

  • Champion the Brand: We are incredibly proud of IMN’s pioneering features, and believe that they are best-in-class. However, we ask you to subtly convey this rather than over-state or boast about it, and instead seed enough insights into IMN’s exceptional capabilities to allow customers to want to discover its strengths for themselves. Please also add the caveat that whilst IMN is incredibly easy to use despite its formidable capabilities, it does take 15-25 minutes for the one-off set up, to ensure the AI engine works properly. After that, yes, it is super quick, can be used entirely prompt-free if one wishes.
  • Under-Promise, Over-Deliver: Please manage expectations responsibly by not making exaggerated, guaranteed, or misleading claims (e.g., “IMN will double your portfolio overnight” or “Guaranteed to win you the election”). Let the quality of the software speak for itself.
  • Accuracy: Ensure all facts, pricing, and features you mention are up-to-date and reflect the main pages of the official IMN website, as pointed out to you. It’s always helpful to make a few screen grabs of your own, and professionally edit them into your video when promoting IMN, to build visual familiarity for your audience.
  • Income Expectation: As explained numerous times, from your and our point of view, it will take time, usually a few months and sometimes longer, to start experiencing the results of your efforts, especially if you do not target our core ICPs and markets. Even relevant and high intent customers often need to see a message about a product or brand 20+ times, over weeks or months, before they make a purchase decision. With consistent efforts and constant learning and fine-tuning of your promotional approach, we do expect meaningful revenue to start accruing to any influencer, relative to their audience size and composition, within 6-12 months+, with the benefits of compounding really kicking in years 1-2.

2. Brand Safety & Content Standards

As with any other brand partnership, we ask that you kindly keep your promotional content and the channels you use highly professional:

  • Keep it Clean: Absolutely no swearing, profanity, or offensive language may be used in any video, post, article or other form of content that promotes or links to IMN.
  • Prohibited Associations: IMN must never be promoted alongside, or on platforms dedicated to, the following industries or topics:
    • Adult content or pornography;
    • Alcohol or tobacco/vaping products;
    • Skin whitening creams or chemical cosmetics;
    • Gambling, betting, or highly speculative financial schemes (e.g., unregulated crypto pumps);
    • Hate speech, discrimination, or politically extremist content;
    • Anything that promotes the killing of animals or any meat products.
    • Any other illegal activity or content.

3. Transparency & Fair Play

  • Always Disclose: Transparency builds trust. Please clearly disclose your relationship with IMN in accordance with various global norms. This is, in fact, great for your credibility as a distributor, affiliate partner and/or influencer. The best way to do this is to gently explain, at an opportune moment in each video, that the brand pays a proportion of each sale to you not just once, but for as long as you stay subscribed, and that that, in turn, supports you and your channels. Your viewers and customers who support you in any case, would often feel more encouraged to buy a product if they knew it helped you, too.
  • No Spamming: Please do not engage in unsolicited mass emailing or social posting, (spam), or deceptive SEO tactics (like link-farming or cloaking) to distribute your IMN affiliate links.
  • Respect Our IP: Please use only the official logos and brand assets provided in your partner portal. Do not alter our colours, stretch our logo, or bid on IMN-branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior permission.

4. Mutual Respect

  • A More Difficult Path: IMN knowingly selects influencers which many brands would never select, as they would deem them too controversial. We do not mind controversy–as long as it remains civilised, decent and devoid of hate, illegality, vulgarity etc. We in fact deliberately chose to partner with decent and courageous influencers who cover issues others may shy away from. It is our intention to support such influencers and partners, especially because we believe in them, and recognise that they are often commercially isolated because of their own bravery and life choices.
  • Brand Sensitivity: We ask you to kindly reciprocate that care and thoughtfulness towards IMN and its sensitivities, as outlined in this document.
