Hello

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to write a little something something to say hello to everyone and to welcome you to my profile. It's very exciting to be on the ground level of this site, and I have no doubt that it's going to blow up even more than it already has in the coming weeks and months.
I hope everyone is well and that you all enjoy the music.

Hey A,
Wow, that's a loaded question. So many experiences have been the inspiration for my songs. Are there specific songs you were most curious about? I think I've ran the gamut on different types of relationship songs. A lot of my earlier songs are about infatuation and total broken heartedness, and the feelings that accompany being way too dependent on another person emotionally. Some of my favorite songs come from that period, because of how deep those feelings seemed to run at those times. Nowadays, I think the songs tend to be more hopeful and more about humility and a deep desire to be the kind of person I really want to be. Would be curious to hear which tunes affected you the most.
Thanks for the encouragement by the way!

Hey John - I was listening to your music while driving tonight. Would love to hear more about what inspired your lyrics, especially the ones about relationships. What you wrote and sang about really speaks to me.

Thanks for writing some real lyrics.

Unfortunately we have no musical experience and have always struggled finding quality musicians for our tribe. I do have a good friend who is starting a recording company here in NM and who is planning on opening a music venue for great musicians... If that helps in any way let me know.

I've never actually printed or written out any chord charts for my music. I am all for you mocking some up though, if you know how to do that.

Maybe I was tired, it was late. Maybe it was because I've been away from my friends and family for a few weeks. But, last night while checking out "M" I stumbled upon a song on http://voxtropolis.com/cafe. It moved me to tears. Understand, I'm 250lbs of bone crushing MAN. Maybe you just touched my heart with the most soulful sound I've heard long time. Thank you. My friend Andy told me how to find you.
