I think the reason so much creativity and power in the church is uninspired is because they are mostly over-managed and under-led.; ▶ Reply to This

Chris, I totally agree with you that "we" have to "quit being managers and start being leaders." SO many in the "pews" are over-managed and under-led.; ▶ Reply to This

There are so many voices that drown out our passion that we are constantly going against the flow and we get tired. Even Salmon only go against the flow once a year right? Well we are constantly in a battle on all sides. Oh well.., I'm just ramblin a bit.., but sometimes I just wonder......
