M

You know who you are

We are analyzing a possible security breach here at M headquarters.
Keeping our field operatives safe is our top priority. We are taking every measure to make sure our files have not been compromised.

Alert level is yellow. Begin to think of the other operatives in your field.
Keep your eyes open for any signs of danger. If our security has been compromised, we will need an immediate return of ALL field agents, contacts, moles, Black Ops, etc to M headquarters. Several of our top field agents are working on this now. We'll keep you advised.

It will be all of our responsibility to make sure everyone we know makes it in alive.

M-1 out.

Sojourner here.
Your request to further evaluate the May Security Breach (MSB) has been completed.
While there is no way to know the full extent of damage caused by parties’ known and unknown, what follows is a summary of my analysis and recommendations to minimize exposure and loss of life.
Full report will be sent when it is safe.
Complete Disinformation Team (CDT) in place.

1 – Alert Level (AL)
A reconsideration of AL should be executed immediately.
Recommendation: RED
Optional: None.

2 – Identities: Field Agents (FS)
All FSs must be recalled and new identities re-issued.
Recommendation: Not Optional.
Optional: None

3 – Identities: Current Ops (CO)
The MSB, has placed all FSs in jeopardy, and therefore all COs.
This includes, local, national and foreign COs, Security Status 1, 2 and 3s (CO-L1, CO-L2, CO-L3; CO-N1, CO-N2, CO-N3: CO-F1, CO-F2, and CO-F3)
Recommendation: Abort all COs now.
Optional: COs in planning or implementations phases may be exempted, but this NOT recommended.

Summary
It is not wise or rational to underestimate the seriousness of the MSB event.
FSs and COs, including Off Book Functioning Events (OBFS) and their FSs are in jeopardy.

Recommendations should be completed without delay or committee.

Sounds serious, Sojourner. We're expecting reports from black ops corps in so California as well as from within the UK division. We're preparing contingency plans now to deal with any scenario.

M-1 out.

Sojourner, we have unconfirmed reports coming in from the field and feel we must not wait any longer. Your recommendations have been approved.

The files of every currently within M are safe. Repeat they are safe. However, ALL other M must now enter M headquarters and fill out their profiles and receive their new assignments.

This is not a drill. this is an upgrade to a CODE RED.

Contact ALL operatives, contacts, moles, etc ASAP and instruct them to enter M and set up their new files. Time is of the essence.

Have made it back in and am working with all local CO and FS to get them back in with minimal compromise. We have unconfirmed reports of elevated risk levels from agents and operatives in the immediate area. Operation Backgammon continues in the southeast, so we are confident our impact will continue once all operatives have set up their new files at M

MM, thanks for the update. Remind all black ops that the task at hand is to make sure all M make it into M headquarters alive. once here they'll receive a new identity.

Holiness and Risk

A few hours after touching down back in Scotland from The International Mentoring Network’s Immersion experience in Orlando, I found myself in a conversation about a Methodist Church initiative called Holiness and Risk.

Is it okay if I tell you a little about this? It’s a really intriguing kind of thing that can emerge [...]

Tomorrow and How to Get There – The Futuristic

Tomorrow.  Face it with either fear or anticipation, it doesn’t matter which, it is coming regardless of our grasp of it.  Fortunes have been made marketing knowledge about tomorrow whether that tomorrow is 24 hours away or 100 years distant.

Communities of Knowing

In his book, The Message in the Bottle, Walker Percy tells the fictional story of a train that hurried through the countryside. The commuters on board saw the passing scenery as little more than a two-dimensional background rolling past their windows.

One day, though, the train breaks down and the commuters have to disembark by a [...]
